different conditional compilation symbols

according to the documentation we have to change the conditional compilation symbols on the project Build tab to change which operating system to build in order to reference directly to the project, in my case i want to copy all project source files to my own project since I want to have just single .exe file to run on computers rather than some .dll files along with application exe file. my question is which conditional compilation symbols should i use, so my application will work on different operating systems.

They're all listed on the documentation tab on this website.

However I don't see what the point of owning the code would be just so you don't have to deploy satellite DLLs with your application. It's a .NET app, they're pretty much all like that. You're giving up ease of upgradability, and you're gonna be stuck fixing any bugs if you fork it.
